Course Description

This interactive course is designed to provide a practical approach to the use of auditing as a tool to achieve an integrated management system approach.

It approaches the integration of management systems from a risk-management perspective, encouraging participants to take the broadest possible view of the processes in their organisation and the risk sources that need to be identified, controlled and improved.

It also considers the implications of multi-standard certification and develops the basis for an integrated approach to management systems auditing. This saves costs and resources within organisations and helps embed systems and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. It also helps ensure alignment of strategy.

The standard course covers the 3 most common Management Standards;

ISO 9001 Quality Management
ISO 14001 Environmental Management
