Procurement Services is a Service Provider to the National Health Service in Wales, they host a number of divisions who work on behalf of NHS Wales.

They have maintained and improved service levels, whilst improving efficiency and achieving significant savings, whilst undergoing challenges and changes in geographical location and within a modernisation agenda.

A long time user of the Business Excellence Model on their Journey to Improvement, they have seen business improvements across the board including;
