The Wales Quality Centre is an independent membership organisation providing business improvement and business skills training. We are a registered charity and not for profit organisation with a mission to support organisations in Wales to reach their potential and achieve a viable and sustainable future.
The Wales Quality Centre can provide improved operational effectiveness; development skills for your workforce and a year on year improvement programme which will deliver business excellence opportunities, recognition and growth.
We work with organisations across public, private and third sectors. Our national campaign is the Journey to Excellence Annual Improvement Programme, which showcases the successes and best practices of the organisations we work with.
We provide training to:

- Enable business growth
The Centre has enabled hundreds of organisations achieve ISO Standards and trained thousands of people to upskill, develop and grow.
Our Board of Governors is populated by representatives from our member organisations and are responsible for agreeing the policy, strategy and business plan for the Centre on an annual basis.
