ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Implementing Performance Management Software
Course details
More and more organisations are recognising the benefits of using software to manage and present the performance management aspects of their business.
Performance management software can become a valuable tool. The implementation of performance management software can ultimately switch resource from gathering and presenting data, to analysis and use, adding value and allowing for dynamic reporting and decision making.
Whilst many organisations successfully use Excel, Access or similar database products for this, the visual impact of software and the ability to create individual views throughout the organisation is a powerful means of communication, the added bonus is that minimal product knowledge is required to view and analyse data.
Building the software initially takes resource, clarity around expected outputs, and a clear implementation plan based on product functionality, is a must to achieve maximum benefit with minimum resource.
