Six Sigma – Green and Yellow Belt Programmes
Tailor made, project-based programmes for groups of employees who are involved with business improvement programmes, efficiency and cost-saving initiatives. These programmes enable the measurement and removal of variation and waste from within functions and processes. Programmes are project focussed and deliver bottom-line results fast. Designed to dovetail with Lean approaches that are already being used to enhance and multiply the results.
