The Centre is a not-for-profit organisation set up by Welsh business for Welsh business with no commercial agenda.

Established for over 30 years we collectively have hundreds of years of expertise and practical hands on experience to help support you in your Quality and Business Improvement journey. We support a range of industries, manufacturing and service sectors, public, private and third sectors.

We are an independent membership organisation providing business improvement and business skills training. We are a registered charity and not for profit organisation with a mission to support organisations in Wales to reach their potential and achieve a viable and sustainable future.

We provide improved operational effectiveness; development skills for your workforce and a year on year improvement programme which will deliver business excellence opportunities, recognition and growth.

Wales Quality Centre has enabled hundreds of organisations achieve ISO Standards and trained thousands of people to upskill, develop and grow, and helped organisations to achieve £millions in efficiency savings through quality Improvements.
